A Slice of Italy in Every Bite. At Barra Ristorante, we prepare our schiacciate using traditional Italian recipes and imported ingredients — from prosciutto di Parma and mortadella to burrata and truffle cream. Our dough rests for 72 hours, allowing it to develop a delicate texture that’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside — just like in Tuscany.

La Classica
A golden, rustic schiacciata fresh out of the oven, with visible airy texture and a drizzle of olive oil with Prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, sundried tomato, and basil inside.

La Tartufata
Salami, Prosciutto, truffle spread, fontina cheese, olives and arugula.

La Mortadella
Italian mortadella, pistachio pesto, and burrata or stracciatella.

La Diavola
Spicy salami, tuscan salami, tomato pesto, buffalo mozzarella, olives and honey glaze.

La Porchetta
